- Your diet must consist of more of fresh vegetables and salads as well as wholesome grains and beans. Instead of frying or deep-frying the vegetables, you can boil the vegetables because oil is needed for frying the vegetables and this will again increase your weight. But if you boil and eat vegetables, you can lose weight quickly. Vegetables contain a lot of fiber, vitamins and minerals and you get all these nourishment from them without a weight increase. You can also feel fullness fast so that over-eating is guarded against.


- If you work involves sitting in the same place for longer hours, you must make it a point to get up at least once in thirty minutes, walk at least twenty steps and do some deep breathing. This gives you the necessary exercise to burn your calories on a consistent basis and supply good oxygen to you.

- You should always be on the look-out for activities that can burn your calories. Your aim is to lose weight quickly and you should always bear this in mind. You can park your car a few blocks away and walk down to work or take a walk in the garden or park in the mornings or evenings and so on.
