Do Sex Positions Determine Baby Gender Or Sex?
I get a lot of questions about sexual or intercourse positions and how this influences
baby gender (if you do become pregnant after intercourse.) The truth is, sexual positions can influence your baby's sex, but just using this one method alone is sometimes not enough. There are other things that you can combine with thisto increase your odds of getting the gender and the results that you want. I'll discuss this more in the following article.You Only Have To Alter YourIntercourse Positions When You're Actually Trying To Conceive (And This Is A Very Short Window): A lot of people will write to me and ask which sexual positions to use if they want a boy or a girl. (The short answer is shallow penetration for a girl and deeper penetration for a boy. However there are many exceptions and considerations.) Often, the reader will think that they have to carry this out for the whole month and they become frustrated with the process and eventually decide to just let nature take it's course.
It's important to understand that you only need to be careful about the positions that you use as your ovulation approaches (which many people know as the fertility window where you can become pregnant.) This generally last for about five days. But, for the other 25 or so days of the month, you don't need to worry about this.
How Do I Know When Is The Right Day To Try To Conceive?: So now I've talked about not worrying about positioning until when you hit your fertility window. But, how do you know when this takes place? Well, that depends on whether you want a male or a female baby. If you want a daughter, you want to try to conceive 3 days before you actually ovulate. But for a male conception, you'll want to wait until you get a positive reading that ovulation has actually taken place. The easiest way to know this without guessing is to get yourself a high quality ovulation predictor. (I personally think saliva works best, especially if you want a girl because you have to know your window well in advance.) Each way requires you to become very active when you reach your target days and then to stop. Don't go in too early or too late.
What Else Can I Do To Influence My Baby's Gender?: One other suggestion that I can give you is to ready your body by readying your vaginal pH. The reason that you use deep penetration when you want a boy is because the Y sperm that produces these little guys is vulnerable and weak. So if you take sperm that is already on shaky ground and meet it with acid, that is not going to be a good scenario (which is what you want if you're going for a daughter.) So for a female baby, you'll want to raise your pH, but if a son is your goal, you'll want to lower it.
These things are achieved through either acidic or alkaline diets and / or by douching with different solutions. PH testers can make quick work of this and can show you where your starting point is and how aggressive you need to be until your ready to begin tracking your ovulation and formulating your regimen.
