Do You Suspect A Cheating Spouse? The Truth Is Closer Than You Think...

We've all heard horror stories about a friend of a friend's spouse who cheated

. We've all heard about the trauma, the confusion,and the general emotional turbulence that's brought on by the discovery of a cheating spouse.

Yet, when it happens to us, no matter how many stories we've heard, we're just as lost and confused as anyone else.

The fact of the matter is that there is very little you can do to prepare for your spouse to commit infidelity.

It will hit you like a train, and even if you saw it coming you'll still feel awful, or at the very least alone.

So what's my point?

Well, what I've found is that many times learning the truth, instead of just having strong suspicions, can help you move forward, which is really what we want to do. Move forward.

If you suspect cheating, and these are my tips to you:

Trust Yourself - Remember that statistically speaking your suspicions are probably correct. Don't waste time second listing yourself or debating whether or not you should pursue the truth about what's going on behind your back...Just do it.

Hide Your Suspicions - The worst thing you can do is alert your spouse they're on to them. Not only will this cause problems in your marriage if you're wrong, but if you're right too will make it significantly harder to find proof. Why? Because an alert spouse is careful; an ignorant spouse is stupid.

Document Everything - This should go without saying, but too many times I see men and women who have legitimate proof that they are being cheated on, but when it comes time to go to court or a divorce settlement they're left powerless all because they didn't keep a record. It may not come to that for you, but there aren't many situations where it's a BAD thing to keep a record.

If you follow those three tips you'll soon find yourself moving much closer to the truth, and they should help you to cope with the prospect of infidelity a little better as well.

So What Do You Do Now?

As I said at the beginning of this article, the important thing is that you keep moving forward. 1 foot in front of the other.

I know that things are pretty tough right now, and for that im extremely sorry, but don't let yourself get trapped in this misery. There's a way out, and it lies right in front of you. Just move forward.
