If you are overweight right now then you already understand that it took long time may be weeks or even month to get to this overweight state
. The same thing happens when you want to go the other way, you cant become skinny in few days. It will take some time and to make it last for long time you need to make some changes to your lifestyle.

Stop The Taxi Addiction and Walk:
I remember when I was in the school I used to walk every day for about 20 minute or more in my way back to home. At school time I didnt gain weight but once I finish school and stay for few weeks in home without going out and walking I gain weight. When I go back to school and start walking again every day for about 20 minutes I lose weight again. This made me believe that by only walking for few minutes a day I can lose the weight I want very easy.
So you should do the same thing and stop taking taxi to every place you visit. Walk to your destination when it is possible and with time day after day you will lose weight with even feeling that you have tried.
Sleep Early And Wake Up Early:
What this has to do with losing weight? You might ask. Well, you should know that the metabolism of our bodies become in its best state early in the morning so you should wake up early to take advantage of this fact. When your metabolism works well it burns calories. You can take this to another better level by doing your exercises or even walking at this time while your metabolism is high.
Also you should sleep well or you will end by gaining weight not losing weight. Thats why you should sleep early. So when you sleep early and wake up early you actually take advantage of two things, the first is that you sleep for enough period and the second is that you wake up early to burn more calories.
Drink Enough Amounts Of Water:
Water is very important for your body especially for metabolism. If your body does not contain enough water your metabolism will be bad and it will be difficult to lose weight in this case.
The above tips are simple to apply to your life. All you need to do is to make it gradual until it becomes a part of your life that you cant skip.
