That is one of the reasons why the social media networking sites have been designed in the first place anyway. You need to remember that people are going to want and need certain information from you when you get involved in the social recruiting process to help them make their decision. These folks will also be asking you plenty of questions so that they can make informed decisions about whether or not they want to take the position.

The thing that you need to remember about this process is that posting that first message or tweet is only the beginning of the process. If you are using Twitter to inform candidates about the positions you have open it can be a great thing.
