Also the majority of dog bite victims are the little children under five, these children are the victims of the most severe dog attacks and several of them had been hospitalized.

You should be start teaching your children how to behave with a pet and make sure you never leave your kids alone with an animal even if the pet belongs to you.

According to DEFRA, UK estimates suggest that 740 individuals per 100 000 population yearly are being bitten by dogs with 250,000 people attending minor injury and emergency units each year due to the injuries dog bites. It is also recorded that the number of people treated for dog bites at hospitals in England has risen sharply. NHS statistics show the number attending A&E after a dog attack has risen by more than 40% in the last four years to nearly 3,800 a year
