. But, if you do exercise regularly, you will insist yourself to do it although you are sick. To deal with it, you can do some things that you have to do related to this matter.
You might surprise when you wake up in the morning with a cold or diarrhea. Since you used to exercise in the morning, you will feel disappointed of not being able to do it. The following are some tips that you can consider related to exercise.
The first thing that you have to do is measure your symptoms. In this case, you have to look at your body condition. If have troubles above your neck such as cold without fever, you can do moderate exercise. Moderate exercise that you can do is taking a walk. But, if you have the flu and fever, it is better for you not to do the exercise.
Furthermore, if you find that you are in a very bad condition, so not exercise. All you have to do is take a rest. This is because you have to concentrate on the healing of your body. By doing the exercise although it is only walking, it will make your body worse. Additionally, another thing that you have to do is take a lot of rest. In this case, you can sleep for longer time. This is very useful to build your immunity so that you will not get sick.
After you are recovery form your sick, you can start your exercise. In this case, you have to start it slowly. When you push yourself to exercise after you just get recovery, you will get sick again. You will find that your body condition will be back soon with your patience. Therefore, you should not force yourself.
