If not the registrars will give you some suggestions, just keep on trying, you will eventually come up with one that you can use. I suggest you buy that name right away otherwise be faced with the possibilities of losing it to someone else.
I have heard of others trying to register their name with a web host, I would not recommend doing this sometimes they will register the name under their own name other than your own. Registering your Domain Name with a registrar is the only way to make sure you are the owner.
You are now the owner of the name that you chose. This is important because now if you ever change your web host your domain name goes with you.
I would also suggest that you now open a new e-mail account with the same name as your domain name. This is a great way to get started with your new business.
