Douglas Hall, the creator of the Jump Start Your Brain book series

, is both an author and an inventor that is viewed as one of the most innovative in the business. Doug started inventing things when he was only 12 years old and made a good deal of money by selling is magic kits.

Doug obtained in chemical engineering degree at the University of Main and after graduation he began work at Proctor & Gamble. Over a period of ten years he found himself in the position of Master Marketing Inventor. During his time with the company he became quite famous for his accomplishment of inventing and shipping out nine separate products in only twelve months time. This is an amazing and unthinkable accomplishment in the business world.

He spent ten years working at Proctor & Gamble but eventually quit so he could pursue other ventures. Shortly after he opened up the Eureka! Ranch in Ohio and soon he had locations in even UK and Mexico. The Eureka! Ranch is best described by him as being an 'invention and research think tank' that does what it can to help business professionals from everywhere make better decisions in their business.

Hall is an extremely dedicated individual that has selflessly given his own time and money to many people to see them pursue their dreams and find success. He has a real knack for helping other people find their real potential and because of it his is the recipient of many awards. This selfless way of helping has also given him the chance to work with several companies such as Nike and American Express.

Doug also finds time to speak at many different events around the world including a few that are very well known in the entrepreneurial community. This is just one more way he gives himself the opportunity to help as many people as possible.

When Doug began his journey he primarily focused on only the large corporations in the world, but around 2001 and 2002 he began shifting that focus to the small businesses the typically drive the economy.

Probably his most well known invention if the Merwyn Technology that he named after his father. This is essential a computer program that can accurately predict the likelihood of success for any business idea. It took him and his crack research team six years and over $20 million dollars to develop this state of the art business technology. Although is was originally designed for bigger companies, Doug provides small business owners with a chance to enter their idea into the system to get their own prediction as well.
