The primary place to download software and obtain serial numbers, as well as keygens and cracks are downloading communities/forums. The page that comes up will list several posts that will be relatively self-explanatory in the title. Click on any that simply say Adobe or Photoshop CS5 in the title. Listed below the description will be a series of links. Download the links and install.

To install files use the program The Unarchiver (Mac), which can be searched on Google, or WinRar on Windows.
