Dragons have captured the imagination of many of us at one point or another in life. Their influence is evident in our history for thousands of years. Many seek for dragons pictures to seek images of real dragons or perhaps the many drawings and paintings of dragons that are out there. For many the questions they have when seeking such dragons pictures is "Are dragons real?" and I think the answer is yes.

Think about it logically. It is entirely possible I guess that somebody back at the beginning of time made it up and then another person picked up and ran with the idea and legends were created but I think there is at least some truth to the matter. Now, what those dragons were or are is what we really need to determine. I feel pretty strongly that dragons are indeed real but I am not convinced that they were fire breathing or that they fly like a bird. I believe that dragons are real and did exist in some very fearsome forms in the past. In fact, I think they existed in far more fearsome forms than what we have today.

Dragons are mentioned from the very beginning of man. They were a real animal that existed and likely still exists on this earth. It is a foolish idea to think that with the life of the earth everything we know today about the earth existed in the same way thousands or millions of years ago. I am talking about the environment itself. I hear a lot of nonsense about "evolution" and it always seems to point to my growth as a human from some sort of sludge by "accident". Believe what you will but I for one am certain that our creation was no accident. It is this belief that helps me realize that those things found in this earth have always belonged to this earth and that man is foolish by nature.

Dragons like many "extinct" animals existed here on the earth hundreds and thousands of years ago when conditions on this earth were much different than they are now. There was a time when animals that lived on this earth including humans lived much longer and grew much bigger. Not only did they grow bigger but in different conditions. The very conditions that allowed for long life also allowed for "different" life. If you must have a current reference to compare with or to recognize the possibility of change in the animal kingdom think of the salmon or trout. They look very different when compared from their first year in life to their last. While they are still a fish their head and jaw features change dramatically. Could this not also happen in other animals given the proper conditions and life span? Perhaps dragons are still very much alive but simply don't have the ability to grow as fierce as they once did.
