Our workplace is an important aspect in each of our lives, it is the place where nearly all mankind spends roughly a quarter of their life and it is also the place where many take personal problems to influence their work. To employers or even co-workers who may feel alarmed or in danger due to the drug abuse of those around them, it should be noted that adopting these measures into company policy is something very easy and legal to do. To co-workers, it is best you sit and speak with someone in management whom you trust and find out if a policy is actually in effect, often times such a policy is in place but has simply been neglected by management for one reason or another.
