Dvd Rental For Bullies

So you fancy being king (or queen?) of the playground do you

?

Grinding smaller kids to a paste physically or mentally has always been an integral part of the school experience and, what with the abundance of great high school movies, it's easy to rent yourself crazy by taking inspiration for your next exploit from the film world.

What with all the DVD rental by post DVD rental free trials you could even do it without having to steal anyone's lunch money.

So without further ado and whether you're a bully at heart or just aspiring to awfulness here are the DVD rental secrets of successful bullies.

These first few picks are studies in the awesome power of the female bully: these girls don't even need to get into fights to prove their power, they just look down their noses and watch everyone flee before them.

The girls from Christian Slater classic 'Heathers' are an excellent example. They rule with a silk gloved fist over their high school, upsetting lunch trays, sending fake love notes and - eventually - casually murdering each other in their lust for power.

The girls of 'Mean Girls' work in a similar way, casually emotionally dismembering their victims in their infamous 'burn book'. They're like much more obviously bulimic versions of the main cast of 'Clueless', a film also well worth a DVD rental by any potential bullies if only because of the huge sense of superiority portrayed by the main characters.

For a truly class act in high class bullying, however, you need to look no further than the Reese Witherspoon and Sarah Michelle-Geller movie 'Cruel Intentions'.

The gang are experts in life ruining, although the fact that they live an enormously privileged lifestyle might make it hard to swallow their

bullying advice.

Another good example of semi high brow high school torture of peers is the Heath Ledger movie '10 Things I Hate About You'.

The DVD is based on Shakespeare's 'Taming of the Shrew' and is similarly ambivalent about the rights and wrongs of manipulation.

Ever wondered - in your little bully's mind - how to get a girl to go out with you by humiliating her sister? This film's got the answer. It's also got Joseph Gordon-Levitt looking cute.

For a much less subtle portrayal of high school bullying consider a movie like 'American Pie'. It's essentially one boy's experience of peer pressure.

All of this movies will available from major UK DVD rental providers such as Lovefilm, Blockbuster and Outnow.
