Recruiters will now assume the leadership roles, where they can exercise control and direct the entire recruitment process, and this may be what both employers and employees may be anticipating.

Technological advances in recruitment technology are inevitable, and in fact necessary to ensure the survival of the industry. Archaic or outdated processes will eventually be replaced by for efficient methods that have already been introduced in the employment arena. The demand for human capital is never going to go away, but we must be encouraged to use these resources more effectively.
