You failed to make use of your ability to recognize and understand your own moods, emotions and traits. It refers to ones capacity to respond positively to change both internal and external as well as to deal well with ambiguity. This is very important. People are complex. You cannot change them the way you want it to be out rightly. Each person has its own personal baggage, expectations, biases, perceptions, and values that he or she carries with him or her. So instead of trying to change him or her, focus on things that might benefit the both of you. Respond to a positive change and not on things that may worsen your relationship with him or her.

Tip #4: Anger management desires to get results if you have these traits and qualities. Motivation, persistence, eagerness to understand, attitude of not taking life seriously, hard work and all of the above mentioned tips are factors that would help you as a person and will protect you from inconsistency in life caused by unreasonable anger.
