The Tampa area of Florida is becoming a hot bed of mlm companies with the launch of a new one called Elur

. Elur is a company committed to beating the aging process with products designed to give a better quality of life. They were in pre-launch between May 15th and July 15th of 2010. You might be thinking another nutritional, but this one is a little different based some of the products and the compensation plan.

This company is packing a powerful punch when it comes to leadership. Together these guys have decades of experience and have been involved with companies that have grossed hundreds of millions of dollars. As an added bonus most high level executives are bi-lingual (spanish) which would lead one to believe that international expansion is a big goal.

The second reason to join is the cutting edge product line. The main products at time of launch were Cardio, Mind, Multi-V, and Immune. All of these products were designed with the best R & D and took part in clinical research programs. Elur's products are designed with NutriBind Technology for greater absorbtion, distribution, and nutrient uptake in the body. Future products are coming with one line based around the Maqui Super Berry.

The compensation plan is billed by the company as the industry's first "Linear" pay plan. The linear pay plan is actually a linear matrix that allows distributors to get volume bonuses from people who join the company after they do, but not necessarily in their down line. If this sounds a bit confusing I understand, I had to look at it for a few minutes to figure it out myself. If I sign up as rep # 5 I get volume bonuses on rep #6 through #10 in addition to anyone I personally sponsor into my down line, I also get volume bonuses on the down lines of rep #6 through #10. That is how this matrix works, you get credit for lateral volume in addition to down line volume.

Now I am not going to cover the ground floor advantage in this article but I will say that the company does offer some training on how to get leads and grow your business using the internet. However they don't go into any detail on this training before you sign up.
