Emails, Web Forms And Newsletters Oh My!
Ok, so it's nothing new about online email marketing campaigns and the providers that help our business
. I know this...and I wouldn't waste your time trying to pretend that this is an amazing discovery, like seeing electricity for the first time. BUT...I know that there are so many companies out there that advertise "Guarantee This" and "Guarantee That", it's hard to know who is the best solution?
The greatest thing about being a customer is that you can allow companies to bid for your business! They have tested and built, and trialed and errored (is that a word?), so they can be the solution you CHOOSE when you have a need.
Business at its finest. Really.
Anyhow, I am not an email marketing provider, but I AM in the business of serving others. I believe part of serving others is being a guide, a way, and sharing useful knowledge to others in the same arena I am in! Maybe not in the same niche (or maybe in the exact same niche!), but we are all a family of online businesses. We all have a common need, which is to give our business an online presence and prosper!
Knowledge creates prosperity. Knowledge creates abundance. And if my goal is to empower others, guess what? I am going to share that knowledge.

You have to have passion to make yourself just as much a part of your brand as your product/service to truly dominate your market!

whew...I am spent. But this isn't even the best part. Competitors have similar stuff. The BEST stuff...is that they practice what they preach! A follow up service, that FOLLOWS UP!
I get a phone call IMMEDIATELY after I sign up asking me if I had any questions, not to mention the follow up emails. Hmmm, they use their own product. Good thinkin'.
I have only had to call tech support ONE time to ask a question on setting something up. Two days later? I get a HANDWRITTEN thank you card from the guy who helped me! He was thanking me? Now this is stuff I have done in my offline business, but NEVER have seen it elsewhere. Just amazing.
Ok last thing, because I know I don't need to go any further. When you buy a service on the web and are new to using it...how much better can a video tutorial be?
Or two or three...or five.
