So identifying the 'right Person for a right job who needs to be available at right time' is very important if an institution really needs to keep its momentum to grow.

It's is important to determine whether a person is capable of learning new things. The trick is to identify those who are capable of learning new things over the time. We can find practical ideas manufactured everyday with the employees that work for the company.These ideas stay practical and are always shared, which helps us to improve our operations.

To work together professionally, passionately in a pleasant environment, there should be certain ethics set for the employees working in the company. I as an individual think that some check-list is always important to keep the employees motivated & energetic. Some of which I would like to share here;

Teamwork: We should encourage team spirit between individuals and departments to keep the organization functioning as a whole. We can achieve more together than any one person can alone.

Responsibilities: We should give employees the freedom to make decisions regarding their own work which will allow them to use their abilities at the best. We should also take full responsibility for our decisions at the individual & and organization levels.

Communication: Direct communications with our superiors, colleagues, and peers will always bring good understanding and higher efficiency. We should support complete openness while exchanging ideas and presenting opinions.

Balance: I think a company should encourage, give more freedom to the employees out of work by managing time scientifically and working efficiently. We should find ways to release there tensions through flexible work time and activities out of work.

Impartiality: We should judge each and every person in the company solely on their performance, and not on the basis of their races (regional) and religion. Preferential treatment should not be entertained.

Manners: I believe that enthusiasm is very important as knowledge and expertise are. I believe that a positive attitude plays a very important part in success.


Enjoyment: I support enjoyable atmosphere. I believe sense of humor is good for our work because for being productive we should have fun. Nothing is wrong in it.

Admiration: Every Company should respect there employees and show concern for them. They should be treated with care. I know that positive reinforcement brings out the best in people.

We should check every individual on the above mentioned points to identify and take out their best from themselves.
