The problem of talent crunch in India has already reached alarming levels

The changes made are small in comparison to the actual requirement but it is speculated that the revolution has already begun. Introduction of Vocational Courses

There was a time when only core subjects were taught at schools and colleges. Such courses emphasized only on theoretical knowledge and there was very little practical part.
