If you find your friend crying in a corner, go to her and ask what her problem is. As her story unfolds, youll be able to grasp the context of her tears. Or if your friend is a guy, at least try to help him in any way that you can.

In the future, youll be able to look back on these incidents and know what to expect should a similar situation occur.

Sometimes, we become too overloaded with emotions. Im not just talking about our own personal emotions here, but that of others as well.
