Jersey Zoo is now called the Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust and has a breeding colony of gorillas that is very successful and people travel from all over the world to see the family of Gorillas.
If you like a bit of history you may want to visit the German Underground Hospital that was occupied by the Nazis during World War 2. The hospital was built under duress as the Nazis demanded Jersey residents help them and walking through this historical landmark will send a chill down your spine.
Most hotels Jersey will have offers to see such landmarks as the castles of Elizabeth and Mont Orgueil, these are both situated on high ground and offer lovely views of the Island that were originally meant as a lookout to safeguard to the settlements.
