Where nutrients for the eye come from? Some types of vegetables and fruits provide necessary nutrients for the eyes. Vitamin C, vitamin E, and vitamin A contained in fruits and vegetables, like oranges, kiwi, grapefruit, dried apricots, tomatoes, peppers, raw carrots, vegetables including cabbage and spinach, green peas (beans/string beans). In addition, this vitamin can also be found in nuts, grains, dairy products and eggs.

To meet the needs of antioxidants such as lutein and beta-carotene, you can consume several types of vegetables. Even the fruits in your garden actually provide high antioxidant. The role of antioxidants is very important in neutralizing the waste products of metabolism, free radicals. Free radicals are shown to cause damage to lipids, proteins, and components of the lens.
