The tenant can not be evicted to the property until the tenant violates the terms and conditions of the agreement such as, when a tenant continuously being late in rent payment, seriously damaging the property and doing illegal transactions or business in the premises of the property. Shorthold Tenancy Agreement All tenancies starting February 29 1997 are ought to be an assured shorthold tenancy. The landlord may provide a certain tenant a notice stating that the tenancy is not an assured shorthold tenancy.
