Admissions to the Executive MBA program open at ALLIANCE UNIVERSITY!

The Executive Master of Business Administration Program (Executive MBA) offered by the School of Business of Alliance University is a one-year, full-time, residential program designed for experienced professionals who seek to catapult to the next level of leadership in an organization.

Program Structure

Executive MBA, which is ideally suited for graduates with significant work experience, incorporates the state-of-the-art course mix as well as teaching and learning methodologies to provide an excellent blend of rigor with relevance.

Overseas Learning Program

The Overseas Learning Program (OLP) is a capstone course with significant immersive learning components and is conducted in an international setting. In OLP, participants will be required to travel to key international destinations in Asia, Europe, or the USA. The program envisages two such international visits by each participant that will be organized at intervals during the course of the Executive MBA program.

Specialization Areas

The Executive MBA Program offers specializations to participants in the areas of Finance, Marketing, Organizational Leadership and Strategy (HR/OB), Systems and Operations Management, International Business, and Entrepreneurship and New Ventures. Enrollments are subject to a minimum number of registration requirements for a given specialization. Participants may opt for their area of specialization based on their functional area of employment and interest level.

Dissertation

The dissertation, one of the salient features of the Program, is a research-based capstone course that is designed to stimulate in participants an intellectual curiosity about a research area and sharpen their analytical skills. At the same time, the dissertation aims at inculcating in participants the academic rigor and discipline that is required to tackle and solve complex real-life challenges in industry
