Starting with the dumbbells on each side of your chest, bend your arms beneath each dumbbell. Push both dumbbells up till your arms are stretched or extended. Go back to the starting position by lowering the weights until you feel a slight stretch in your chest. Work your way up to three sets of ten to twelve repetitions.
5. The inclined press is another exercise that can aid in making your breasts appears more firm. This exercise is being done just like the regular bench press, but you can use an inclined bench rather than a level bench.
6. Dumbbell flies also aid in strengthening your pectorals. You can do these either on a bench or on the floor. Lie on a bench with your face up, get two dumbbells and hold one on each of your hands with your arms extended above your chest.
