Some diets haveclever ways of eating your foods so that the body is not getting the same intake everyday. The more you confuse your metabolism the harder it works to get the nutrients it needs from the foods you are eating. When you pile in to many calories they will be stored as fat for use when it is not getting enough calories. The same goes especially true for fatty foods you do not need a lot of them but you need some.
You need to exercise some whether you are dieting or not. Exercises do not have to be strenuous, but they should raise your heart rate. Any increase in the heart rate will cause the body to burn some nutrients or calories. If it has all the nutrients it needs the metabolism will not be worked enough. But if your body is short of some nutrients the metabolism will start burning some fat to find what it needs. The more you work the system the higher your metabolic rate will be.
A little exercise work out on a chair as you work at a desk can help keep the metabolism running high. Shifting from side to side, crossing and uncrossing your legs often, consumes small amounts of nutrients and keeps the metabolic rate going. Getting up for a glass of water, using a wash room on a different floor also helps.
Lunch breaks give you enough time to climb a flight of stairs two or more times if they are available. A walk up and down the hall ways or out to your vehicle at a brisk rate will can accelerate the heart rate.
If you don't work you don't even have to get out of bed to get some exercise. A few leg lifts on your back or your stomach will help you increase your heart rate. Even a few side leg lifts while laying on either your right or left side. A few crunches or lifting your legs and upper body at the same time and holding while in the raised position will raise the heart rate. They will also work the abs and give you a tighter and more attractive stomach.
Exercise does not get rid of stomach fat. Exercise and a balanced food intake will help reduce all fat on your body. It is impossible to reduce fat in only one area without reducing the entire body's fat. Face, legs, stomach all lose fat when fat is lost or burned as some like to refer to losing it.
You could do some push ups, butt walks across the bed, even some body arches on your back. The number of exercise ideas while on a bed is enumerable, and the softness of the mattress makes the exercise even more valuable. Try balancing on one foot and one hand while doing a sideward leg lift and you will see what I mean.
A long sidewalk or driveway will give you enough room for some backward, sideward, and forward walks. It is surprising how many new muscles get worked walking backward or sideward. By using the extra muscles you will also be causing your heart rate to accelerate burning more of the excess fats you don't like.
Diets may have many differentnames, I know ofone that has 4 or moretitlesforthe same diet plan. No matter which diet plan you use you need some exercise that increases the heart rate. Dancing aerobic style, country western, ballroom dancing, or what ever style you pick can give 2 people some needed exercise while enjoying the exercise. We used to do the twist a few years back and that was a good work out for every one on the floor.
