Workouts do not need to be extremely long to be effective. You might have heard from many experts, a minimum one hour of working out everyday will help you keep your body in shape. Now you may not be a big fan of lifting weights, some people love it, some hate it and some are in between. The good news is there are plenty of workouts for women that incorporate strength training without the traditional weight routines your used to seeing. The Insanity workout and P90X series are very popular and effective programs to name a couple. Although not traditional weight training, these programs get great results because they do focus on building muscle while burning fat.
The biggest key to success is really going to be finding a workout program you like that involves all of the factors we have mentioned above and then of course doing it.
