Extracurricular Activities: Burlington Student Theatre

Student life in college is one of the major issues for discussion regarding the popularity of higher education among the rising generation

. A person does not seem to fit the contemporary views established in society if he/she has no desire to learn something more about other cultures and the events that take place in the world. In this respect, it would be reasonable to mention that all highschool students should realize that the current situation in the world requires more skills and knowledge; hence, formal learning is aimed at developing the inborn talents of students. Traditional learning is more appropriate for students that are active and are going to participate in extracurricular activities.

Student theatre

Student theatre is one of the activities that contribute to the development of leadership competences as well as good declamatory skills in students. Acting out various plays written by outstanding authors of Medieval and Renaissance can be really interesting for all students. It is obvious that students that study literature, drama, the history of theatre, and human emotions can benefit from learning practical implementation of theoretical knowledge. Students that specialize in technical areas can be engaged into theatre performances as those responsible for stage scenery, lighting, and sound.

Theatre performance is as important for college as for school. Burlington Student Theatre is one of the establishments that provide students with high-quality programming. School students of different ages are successfully engaged into all types of activities. Drama, music, dance, and creativity of all kinds are united under the title of a student theatre. This summer saw the plays produced in accordance with movie directed by Tim Burton. When students like some activity, they benefit from the process of creating new images and approaching different roles in a brand new way.
