Lenses can help improve your vision, but it is only a temporary solution. Glasses and contact lenses can


never correct eye problems. Lenses can help you see things more clearly but it is mainly for correcting the symptoms of eye problems and do not cure the real disease. The trick is to make sure the eyes are free from anxiety as well as strain. Try techniques of relaxation and rest your eyes when things start to get out of focus.


One of these techniques is palming. Warm up your hands by rubbing them together, than place your hands on your eyes without touching. Try to relax your mind then the movement of the eyes will slow down. Now look without steering, instead let your eyes wander around the page, slowly, do not look only on the point the eyes need movement. Also make sure to blink. Now close your eyes and picture the point and than have another look at it. Once the eyes are relaxed, it should be more easy to see the point.
