Flying particles and contact with chemicals are among the common factors leading to eye injuries. Eyestrain and poor vision are caused by computer screens, which need to be fitted with screen filters in order to reduce any stress on the eyes.

Food such as honey, milk, vegetables, and fruit provide sufficient nourishment for the eyes, preventing them from tiring easily. In addition, simple eye exercises ought to be performed regularly in order to reduce strain on the eyes. The old adage, prevention is better than cure, holds good when it is a matter of the eyes too.
