The fountain of youth seems to be elusive. Aging is inevitable yet people tend to reject the idea and still keep on experimenting and finding ways to delay aging. There have been a lot of products and services discovered and sold in the market which promise gratifying effects for beauty, health and vigour, some are scientifically and medically successful but most are just for a time being. This is a very sad and unfair judgement of what is going on around us, but the reality is loudly shouting. Natural beauty and inner beauty do not seem to matter the most anymore. People who have experienced unfair treatments caused by their physical looks are more likely to try and find ways on how to enhance their physicality; all for fame, money and power. This is a harsh statement but the reality. Plastic surgery has become commercially promoted as the easiest and quickest way to a new and better personality, resulting of course to a better life, which is the aim. However, not everybody welcomes the idea; there are still a number of people out there who judge people who are into plastic surgery for beauty. Women who get their breasts enlarged or reduced, their bellies tucked, their skin whitened or tanned, etc dominate the world of men but for some people, these women are categorised in a negative way. It is a human nature to prejudge and conclude without facts.

Procedures like liposuction, rhinoplasty, fillers, enlargement, reduction, etc will continue to be offered to people who want to make a difference.
