The Fellowship Ed Young church is a Christian church. The church teaches that God is the creator of the universe and rules over it. The church believes that God has been in existence since before the beginning of time and has no end. He is one but exists in three persons: The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. All three persons are equal and all three persons are God.

The Fellowship Ed Young church emphasizes that man was created by God in His image. Therefore man was created to be like God and to worship God. He was created to exist forever in spirit. However, man sinned against God and was therefore separated from God. Therefore, man can either live in union with God for eternity through salvation and forgiveness given by God or separated from God by sin.

The church teaches that the only sacrifice that could take away the sins of man is that made by Jesus Christ, the Son of God. The church believes that Jesus is co-equal to the Father and the Holy Spirit. It was through His sacrifice that man is able to be forgiven of his sins and be reconciled to God. This salvation is a gift from God and can therefore not be earned even by good works. The gift is given to any that will believe in Jesus and trust in the forgiveness offered by God.

The Fellowship Ed Young believe that the Bible is Gods Word spoken to all men. Although written by human authors, it was written under the guidance of the Holy Spirit and is therefore the supreme source of truth.
