They will adopt and be grounded to that culture which will make them more American even if the blood that runs through their veins is purely Filipino.

For some who were still growing up and still had their grandparents, who were strict in implementing the Filipino culture, would most likely have the slightest hint of the culture in them. These Filipino ladies would most especially be more reserved and be hard-to-get compared to those who never had any grandparents around.

There are obvious ways to spot the family bearing on their Filipino culture. When you can hear these children use of the word "Po" or "Opo" and "Mano po", which are the signs of respect for the elders in the Philippines, then it is a positive sign of carrying their culture. Second manifestation is when you see Filipino children kissing the hands of their parents, grandparents, older relatives. Seeing those apparent gestures, it is easy to tell that the family has preserved the Filipino culture in their home.

It is essential to have the Filipino culture implemented at home and ingrained in the children's mind, so that when they become adults these Filipino girls in San Diego, CA, USA will not be different at all from the ladies who live in the Philippines.
