Finding The Best Mlm Companies
Where are the best MLM companies, and how do you find them
? While there are certainly a lot of good companies, to locate the most superior ones is like looking for a shard of glass on a beach. There is a large variety of product lines, compensation plans, and general requirements for distributors, and the diversity can easily lead to confusion about how one might be better than another.
Having been a network marketer for several years and participated with several companies, I have come up with a list of qualities that I believe set a few companies apart from the rest. These qualities follow.
1. The compensation plan pays out on an unlimited depth. While every MLM claims to provide an unlimited income opportunity, most actually cap a distributors income at some point, only paying down to a certain level. A few companies do not cap income at a particular depth, which quality all by itself makes them worth a closer look.
2. The products produce outstanding results, or the service is excellent at a competitive rate. Many MLM companies provide products that bring no results whatsoever, or provide a lackluster service. This spells certain difficulty in retaining an active, steadily growing downline. Search for companies that have a proven track record with the product or service they provide.
3. They dont make distributors pay for a replicated website. Some companies do, but the only reason to do so these days would be to line the CEOs pockets more heavily. Avoid such companies like the plague. Your replicated website should be free.
4. All training, except live events, is free. Both product and business-building training should be standard, and freely accessible to distributors.
5. Maintaining active status shouldnt cost an arm and a leg. One company out there charges almost $200 a month for the training alone, not to mention the monthly purchase distributors must make in order to qualify for commissions.
6. The best MLM companies hold to a team perspective. They encourage cooperation, not competition, among their distributors. In such companies, a new sign-up can call someone who is not in their upline for help, and expect to get a positive response.
7. They are well-established in the industry. They operate debt-free, are members of the Direct Sales Association, and have been around for at least five years.
8. They reward the hardest-working distributors. Distributors who regularly sponsor and have a high retention rate on the teams should be given bonuses and/or recognition.
9. There should be several entry options. If you cant afford the $600 or $1,000 sign-up package, you should be allowed to sign up with a mere $100 purchase, for example.
10. They should have great customer service. The phone reps should be courteous, knowledgeable and professional.
Most MLM companies dont even come close to half of those qualifications. Some hit six to eight of them, but to find the best MLM companies that meet all ten qualifications are tricky to find.
