I spent several weeks looking for the correct one, before deciding to join one gym and visit another gym for 1:1 personal training. Deciding on the correct gym was hard. Some Cardiff based gyms had great facilities and didn't provide a first class personal tyraining service, others had great personal trainers and a rubbish class timetable. All this choice was driving me insane!!
Having suffered a severe back injury a number of years ago, I have tried a number of gyms through Cardiff trying to find the best one for my needs. I want one where the people aren't grunting like pigs, sweating like a chocoholic in Thorntons or where a stick would look fat. Having walked in lots of different Cardiff gyms, such as Esporta Fitness First and others in Cardiff and finally found a cardiff based personal trainer.
Having looked through the internet, I found a certain personal trainer to be the best in Cardiff, tying in my need to develop my fitness whilst concentrating on weight loss at the same time.
I train with a Cardiff Personal Trainer once a week and then go away and practice what we have worked on for the hellish hour. I find that though I still hate going to the gym in Cardiff I am really pleased with the results, as my back is getting stronger and I haven't put weight on (even though I am now stuck to an office desk 9-5)
The next stage will be to continuing going to the gym in Cardiff with my Personal Traine where I can then start to concentrate more on Weight loss.
