Finding the Time to Be a Life Coach

There are a lot of reasons I hear from life coaches on why they cant attract clients in their coaching business. One of those reasons is that they dont have any time. You may have a full-time job, have a family and bills to pay. Youd like to be a life coach, but you cant find the time.

This is one of the weakest excuses there is. Why? Because we all have the same amount of time. And some people in those same situations find a way to succeed. Some people make time and others dont. Every person makes time for whats most important to them. You can tell whats most important for you right now by where you consistently put your time, money, and focus. Your job and your family may be more important. But if you want to be a life coach and you dont have the time for life coaching, then just know that its really not that important to you right now. Thats all. If it was at the top of your priorities, there would be time for it.

If you really want to be a life coach, but you have an impossible schedule and you really dont see how you could have the time or energy to life coach, let me ask you this. If you found out tomorrow that your livers failed, would you have time for the liver treatment needed 3 times a week so you could survive? Chances are you would. It wouldnt matter what your schedule is. There would be a way.

The same is true of anything you want to do, but dont have time for. If you want to be a life coach, there is always time. If you dont have enough time, then its because you really dont want to be a life coach right now. Thats all.
