If you're waiting for me to give you a list of all the doctors I know who can do
liposuction and tummy tucks without leaving a mark, then you must have missed the part where I mentioned the healthy way. I don't think weight loss can be done in a healthier way than going at it the natural way. Mother Nature simply put seems to have so many things figured out. While she won't give you fat burning pills found in the Amazon, the fresh morning air will make you want to jog all morning. I'm speaking from experience after coming out of a vicious cycle that involved spending a lot of money on those fat burning products, losing some weight, gaining even more weight soon after and then beginning the cycle all over again.
I won't tell you that those many slimming pills, slimming teas, appetite suppressors and such things don't work. They do depending of what your definition of working is. What they do is the equivalent of our doctor giving you something for your fever without addressing the chronic disease that you might have developed. Those many products simply pick a symptom which in your case is the excess weight and treat it without addressing the root cause. I'm sure you didn't wake up one morning only to discover that you are now twice the size you were before you went to bed! Take your time and evaluate your lifestyle. It might b your eating habits, lack of adequate physical activity or even just simply because your genes make you bigger.
Now that you know why things are the way they are, the next step is now lose all that excess fat in your body. The best place to tart this is by refurbishing your kitchen. I'm not talking about getting a bigger fridge and a new dishwasher, rather what is in your fridge and what is on your shelves. What you eat as I'm sure you have heard it being said over and over again, greatly determines how our physique.
Your body needs to have its daily nutritional requirements met, anything less than that will lead to a deficiency while at the same time anything in excess will be converted into fat and stored around your thighs and glutes. You should have a well elaborated meal plan and I think it's about time you told your nutritionist to teach you how to count calories. It will give more reason as to why you should simply stay as far away from junk food, fast foods and alcohol as possible.
Secondly, I think it's about time you got off your lazy ass and started working out. Cardio increases your metabolism and once you reach the fat burning zone, the amount of fat burnt is equivalent to melting fat on an open flame. Do cardio for a minimum of 20 minutes early in the morning on an empty tummy. Weight training will help you both lose weight and also help you get that toned look that will keep eyes glued on you.
