As most men (and women) would agree nothing is a sexy as a round and well shaped butt.

Some women are lucky enough to be born with a sexy feminine bottom but what if you are not? What if it is flat or flabby? What do you do? What exercises should you do? Both nutrition and exercise are important but in this article we will concentrate on exercise. So here we go: Five exercises that will develop a sexy feminine butt.


Squats: Stand with your legs at shoulder width, keep your back straight and slowly bend your knees until your thighs are parallel to the the floor then slowly rise. Repeat 15-20 times. When it gets too easy add some weight

Lunges: Keep your feet together and then take one big step forward until the thigh of your front leg is parallel to the floor. Get back up and repeat until it is getting difficult to get back up. Then change legs.

Step ups: Use a bench step up with one foot then keep "running" up and down on the bench

Kneeling sidekicks: Stand on all fours, lift your leg until parallel with the floor then kick your leg sideways, pull back and repeat kicking until it gets difficult. Change legs.

Sideways legraises: Hold on to a bar (or doorway) with one hand keeping your legs together then lift the leg sideways as high as you can. Change legs. This is also good for your inner thighs.

Do these exercises three times a week and gradually increase the repetitions and/or add some weight. After a few weeks you will not only feel stronger but you will also notice that your butt is getting firmer and soon it will also add volume which will make you look and feel a whole lot sexier.

Important is to keep in mind the importance of eating properly and getting enough rest between exercise sessions. This will allow your muscles to recover and get stronger.
