If your PS3 disc is not ejecting try these simple fixes first:
A force eject- Press and hold the eject button on for 10 seconds. This will force the blu-ray drive to give up the disc
If that doesn't work you could try resetting your PS3. Now I highly doubt this would work but I would try it anyways before trying anymore extreme measures. To reset it you place the PS3 in stand-by and press the power button for 5 seconds until it beeps twice. Then try to eject the disc. Hopefully this will fix your PS3 and give you back your disc.
If none of these things solve the PS3 disc not ejecting problem, then you may have a more serious problem; especially if you can't get your disc out because the PS3 won't start fully. To fix your PS3 you would wither have to send it to Sony repair it yourself.
