1. Click on Me menu and go to Preferences.

2. Now click on Setup tab.

3. Click on Reset button beside Cache Location and after prompt restart Viewer.

For Linux : ~/.secondlife/cache

And on Mac: /Users//Library/Caches/SecondLife
