Speeding while driving in the fog is a dangerous combination. Speed limits are designed for driving in ideal conditions. It is the drivers responsibility to match their speed to that of the road conditions.

Heavy fog this past Tuesday morning (Nov 1st 2011) may have been a factor in a four-vehicle car accident at the intersection of Innisfil Beach Rd & Yonge Street just south of Barrie, and north of Toronto. News reports say a pick-up truck entered the intersection and was struck by a vehicle, which caused a two-car chain reaction.
