Pots and pans are great to beat your attacker. Spray perfume, cologne or aerosol sprays into your attacker eyes to temporarily impair his vision so you can get away or follow through with another method. The kitchen and bathroom are the two rooms in your home that have the most weapons.
Keep a weapon hidden in every room throughout your home, hidden enough so your attacker will not find it but at the same time hide it in a spot where you will have easy access to it.
