Foreign Property Buyers Can Buy From A Multi-lingual Real Estate Agent

Miami is not only a beautiful and exciting place to live

, it is also a diverse one. More and more foreign buyers are checking out properties in Miami. They may not even be buying the real estate for themselves, but just to hold onto until prices rise and they can sell them. They may even be renting the properties out. Either way, they are buying them. While some of these foreign investors might be well-versed in the English language, many of these wealthy foreign buyers speak little to no English. Thankfully, Miami is full of bi-lingual and even multi-lingual real estate agents.

These international buyers are coming from all over the world. Most of them come from places like Brazil in Latin America, but a lot of them also come from Italy and England, or from Russia. They might have never been to Florida, but they know that the prices in the real estate market have dropped and they know that low prices mean a good time to buy a property for less.

According to a study by the National Association of Realtors, more than sixty five percent of realtors nationally claimed they have done at least one foreign real estate deal in their careers. The numbers are outstanding in Florida. According to the Palm Beach Post, international buyers make up twenty two percent of Florida's real estate sales. In Palm Beach alone, more than thirty percent of real estate purchases are by foreign buyers.

Now is a great time to purchase real estate in South Beach, whether you are from the United States or not. Prices have dropped on all sorts of housing. Condominiums that overlook Miami's beautiful white-sand beaches are selling for less. Homes in the suburbs of places like Coral Cables are selling for less too. There are even foreclosures on the beach and in the suburbs that buyers, foreign and native, can check out.

If you are interested in purchasing a foreclosed property in South Florida or the Miami area, start your search online. If you just so happen to know a foreign investor, let them know there is no better time than now to start searching. Not speaking English should never stop someone from pursuing their dream of purchasing property in the United States. Let them know that there are professional, licensed realtors who speak your language Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German, French, Russian, and Hebrew.
