Fremont Honda drivers enjoy "10Best" distinction

In this industry, you have to take what you can get. That usually means you hold dear to any accolades, honors or awards you receive as a result. It's a great thing to have your brand mentioned in a best of award, and Fremont used cars are seeing a lot of renewed interest as a result of Honda's recent standings in a high profile industry poll. The poll was Car and Driver's "10Best Cars" awards, one of the biggest accolades in the industry. And this isn't Honda's first trip to the big event; the company has won numerous placements on the list over a surprising span of years. In fact, the Honda Accord, one of the mainstays of the Honda lineup, has been named in the list in 25 of the 29 years it has been in existence. That's a lot of honor to be heaped upon the huge contender in the auto industry, and it's helping to drive big sales at Fremont Honda dealers. This, in turn, helps pump some life into our improving economy to make this nation a greater place to live. And, truly, America is one of the greatest places to live in the world.

How do you win this kind of accolade? Well, first you have to put out a consistently reliable vehicle. The Honda Accord wasn't the only vehicle to make Car and Driver's "10Best Cars" award. Fremont used car owners were excited to find out that the Honda Fit received the honor for a fifth year in a row since the car hit the market. According to the recent Honda press release, "Car and Driver magazine has named the 2011 Honda Accord and the 2011 Honda Fit as two winners of its prestigious and highly competitive, annual 10Best Cars' award. Now in its eighth generation, the Accord has achieved 10Best' status 25 times in the 29 years thatCar and Driver editors have been conducting the competition, more than any other vehicle in the award's history. The Honda Fit has been honored with 10Best status in each of the five years that it has been on sale in the United States." Fremont Honda dealers were ridiculously excited to find out that their brand has won another distinction as one of the most reliable on the market. What does this mean for the competition? Well, we know that Toyota is making its way quickly back to its place at the top, but brands like Honda are keeping up with the pack the best that they can.

It really has been a bumpy ride for the auto industry over the last five years or so. Just before the recession, we began to see the mounting problems that the Big Three were experiencing from a financial perspective. Fremont used cars weren't exactly doing well either, and everything eventually went down the tubes. Now, with the economy making a comeback and the Big Three out of trouble, the industry has left little gaps for innovation that promise to be filled by the brands that didn't quite have the chops before. Fremont Honda dealers are up to the task.
