So, whether you are serving bison burgers, or elk steaks, shark fillets, or frog legs, you should be able to pull off any of them with your grill and the right barbecue sauce. It is the magic of the grill, as basic cooking experience will take you much further than trying to complete a complicated meal in the kitchen with fancy gravies, too many side dishes, and multiple things cooking at once. The grill can bring you confidence if you keep it simple.
