We know seeing what our MLM was paying out when you reached different levels in the company surly was one of the main reasons why we joined the company. A compensation plan is simply the way your MLM pays you and how much they pay you according to you position in the company.

A good compensation plan would be one that is not only enticing but also obtainable. There is nothing worse than seeing a compensation plan that has several loopholes and hidden requirements. This means you need to do your research on the company and their compensation plan before you join. You don't want to pay your money to be apart of a MLM and not have a full understanding of how their compensation plan works then notice when you put in the work to move up in the company the numbers don't add up. Then we realized that all of our hard work wasn't paying off because we never took the time to find out exactly how the compensation plan worked. We couldn't blame anyone but ourselves for that blunder. We don't want you to have to go through the same thing and lose time and money so we can not stress it enough: DO YOUR RESEARCH!

If a company really wants to be successful in this competitive network marketing industry then they will have a well thought out and very well designed compensation plan. Their plan will not only pay you well but it will also motivate you to work hard for results. A great way to determine if the compensation plan is well thought out is to see if it ensures equality amongst each person in the company. Take a look at the compensation plan and see if it's fair. See if you can make money immediately, and how realistic it is to get to the top of the company. You don't want to get sold a dream on a compensation plan that isn't obtainable, so make sure that it is fair and try to find someone who is already in the company so you can learn what their experience has been so far. That's the beauty of the internet! You can get on any social site and find someone who already is apart of a MLM company and connect with them to find out the real ins and outs of the company.

Please note that joining a MLM with a good compensation plan doesn't mean that you are going to be successful.
