Gentlemen: Put Down That Razor!

For decades men have been shaving their beards and other facial hair with a variety of razors

, either standard straight blades or electric. While the result is a clean shaven face, the hair grows back quickly, leaving a five o'clock shadow of stubble. For men, this means shaving is a daily ritual.

Women, on the other hand, have had an abundance of choices when it comes to hair removal. At long last, this market has opened up to include hair removal products for men.

The drawbacks of shaving, aside from being an extremely short-term solution, is the common discomforts often associated with it. Razor burn, rashes, nicks and cuts along with dry skin are included in men's shaving complaints. Plus, it needs to be repeated daily, for some, even twice a day.

Many modern gentlemen are hesitant about using depilatory creams for facial hair removal, because of the common association as a feminine product. This couldn't be further from the truth. These creams for men are designed for male hair, given it's coarseness and rapid growth, which is different that the hair that women generally remove.

Hair removal creams are certainly not a new concept, and have relatively little after-effects, except of-course, the loss of unwanted hair. So put down your razor, and try a better way to rid yourself of facial hair.
