. The whole idea of getting back together with your ex is because of the break up! You feel so miserable and down, that the only thing that will help is if you and your ex are together again. However, there is method in this madness.

Most times when a relationship has failed, the two people involved are in such pain about the break up and usually so terribly furious with each other as well, that they are quite scared to get together too soon. They just know that there will be a huge explosion because of the way they're feeling, and probably another major argument as well.

The thing is, although you love your ex so much, and probably planned on spending the rest of your life with him/her, you were so angry during the argument, that you said some really awful things in anger. At that time you thought that what you were saying made perfect sense, but, the next day, you regretted each and every word that you said.

You caused your ex so much pain and made him/her so angry - it was all so totally unnecessary. Of course didn't mean those things that you said, but you were so angry at the time, that they just came out. Now you're so guilty, and you want so badly to fix things with your ex, but you don't know how.

My friend, just leave your ex alone for now. This is the only way that you will get over the argument you had and the break up as well. You obviously still love your ex, and your ex probably feels the same way about you as well.

As the days go by, you will begin to miss each other and it will become so unbearable that one of you won't be able to resist the urge to make contact with the other. You both said bad things to each other, so you will both more than likely apologize to each other as well.

You are over the break up, the pain, and the anger that you caused each other, and you will have your chance to get your ex back.
