No matter what anyone says to you, you are so hurt and upset after the break up

, that all you want is to get your ex back. Of course you do! Life was great up until the break up, and, if you and your ex can solve your problems and get back together again, then everything will be alright again.

The only thing is, you don't know whether to contact your ex or not. You are worried that, because you are feeling so hurt and angry right now, you just explode and everything is in a mess again. Well, your concerns are not for nothing - this is precisely what will happen if you make contact with your ex right now. It's too soon after the break up, and that argument that you had is still too fresh in your ex's mind.

You're also absolutely right too, in thinking that to talk to your ex now will cause more problems. You are still angry with each other, and will simply carry on with the argument that you had at the time of the break up. You will be blaming each other for the relationship falling apart, so those bad feelings that you have inside, WILL only escalate.

Obviously then, the right thing to do is to leave each other alone for a while, to get over these negative feelings first. In the time that you don't see each other, you will definitely think things over - everything that you said to each other, and will be more willing to apologize for the really nasty things that you said to each other as well.

The thing is, when you try to get your ex back, you need to feel love for your ex, and not hurt and angry feelings - what you will inevitably say to each other will only hurt you even more, make you angrier, and even more depressed. So as you can see, making contact with your ex now is really not the right thing to do.

To have a good chance to get your ex back successfully, there must definitely be no contact between the two of you for a while. Only then will you be able to talk calmly and rationally to each other, and hopefully get any problems that you have sorted out.
