Stirring rapidly will frost the outside of the cup and top with a sprig of fresh mint. Be sure to have plenty of plates, napkins, cups, utensils, glasses, and so forth, all in the theme of the Kentucky Derby, or at least horse racing, if possible. A cute addition to the party may be appropriate music, such as "My Old Kentucky Home. It starts off with, "The sun shines bright in the old Kentucky home," and continues from there. This song is played with the horses make their way from the paddock to the starting gates.
